At Sooyah Bistro, we’ve taken an age-old traditional Nigerian street-food delicacy, and upgraded it with innovation, creativity and a whole lot of fun… resulting in a unique, mind-blowingly delicious experience. We serve Suya (Nigerian spicy, flame-grilled, skewered meats) in the most irresistible and satisfyingly-delicious way. Our Bistro menu consists of Suya Burgers, Suya Shawarmas, Suya Melts and many more amazing creations; you can have any Bistro item on its own or as part of one of our Combo Meals (Foodies please gather here), or you can have your suya-by-the-stick.
