My Services

Attorney at Law, PhD; 11 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. Executive Director in charge of the Transfer Pricing practice for South-East France (Lyon, Grenoble, Marseille, French Riviera area). I started my career in the Transfer Pricing team of KPMG (Fidal) Paris, as a junior consultant. I then joined the French Transfer Pricing department of EY now acting as an Executive Director. After nearly 11 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, I took the lead of the development of the EY TP practice for the South-East region of France. I'm also in charge of developing EY transfer pricing assistance dedicated to French affiliates of Japanese groups in the course of the Japanese Business Service line (JBS). In this regard, I take pride in the increase by 4 of the number of Japanese transfer pricing cases treated within EY since I first started. My work consists in assisting big and middle market MNEs in the cross-borders projects they undertake and issues they may face and that relate to Transfer Pricing, ranging from planning projects (such as the definition and implementation of TP documentations and policies), defense and resolution of TP disputes and controversies with tax authorities (MAPs and EU arbitration) and restructurings (including IP localization and risks analysis). I've been involved in several bilateral and unilateral Advance Pricing Agreements with Japan, Sweden, Germany and Canada. As an Attorney, I represent the interests of our clients in their litigation procedures before the French Tax Courts. Lecturer at the Normandy and Grenoble Universities and EU Institute of Intellectual Property (IEEPI). Author of several publications in tax and economics oriented journals. Author of a manual on Transfer Pricing. Specialties: International tax law, Transfer Pricing disputes and Litigation, Advance Pricing Agreements, Restructuring and risks analysis; international mutual agreement procedure, European arbitration convention; compliance
