• Representing clients as a Counsel as well as an instructing Advocate in civil, company and criminal proceedings before Courts, Judicial and Quasi-judicial authorities, government and statutory authorities, briefing Senior Counsels, liaising and instructing solicitors and advocates.
• Advising on statutory compliances under various laws of India.
• Drafting and vetting legal documents as per client specifications.
• Drafting, filing and reviewing plaints, written statements, affidavits, briefs for opinion, notices, replies in various legal matters.
• Assisting clients with regulatory interactions such as with the Collector's Office, Mamlatdar’s Office, Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Registrar of Companies, Corporation of the City of Panaji, Central and State Information Commission and State Registrar’s Offices including with drafting representation/communication with these authorities.
• Advise clients on stamp duty issues and registration; assisting clients in negotiations with the vendor/purchaser or lawyers in transactions, investigating title to immoveable properties and giving Title Certificates/Opinions.
