Alans training and consultancy work has seen him work with Honda uk on auditing and service development of its dealers also working with individuals on Honda’s own CRM system. When working with Nissan uk his task was the development of the commercial business sales departments in the brands own specialist centers and being involved with the writing and application of development and marketing plans for individual dealerships. Alan is currently pursuing work with Jaguar/Landover in the uk after working in France for the last three years teaching French sales executives about what to expect when English expats arrive in dealership, current project working with Mercedes Trucks aftersales consulting with uk dealers
