I help non-profit organizations to build & properly manage for-profit initiatives to increase their sustainability. Initiatives include farming, livestock, irrigation, storage, and management systems. I mainly work in developing countries and while generally i wear a COO hat, I work from ideation, to business development and to more mature situations. I recently turned around a 38,000 cacao farm in Nicaragua and advised a 20,000 poultry farm in Zambia.
