About the Company

Fair and Impartial Policing© has have provided implicit-bias-awareness training to agencies of all types and sizes, including state, local, federal and university police organizations. Major city agencies that we have served include: Austin, Boston, Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami-Dade, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, Ottawa (Canada), Philadelphia, San Antonio, San Jose, Seattle, and Toronto to name a few. Training programs have been implemented with state police organizations (e.g. Colorado State Police, Michigan State Police), university police (e.g. State University of New York, University of Massachusetts, Virginia Commonwealth University) and regional and state law enforcement academies (e.g. in Kansas, Nebraska, New York, Virginia, South Carolina). Fair & Impartial Policing® has been integrated into the IACP’s Leadership of Police Organizations (LPO) and Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) training programs. Fair & Impartial Policing® is presented each year at the FBI National Academy and at PERF’s Senior Management Institute for Police (SMIP).
