LinkTax, tax firm located in Barcelona (Spain) and member of ECOVIS, advises medium and large companies on their tax issues, like tax planning, expats, tax litigation, M&A, due diligence and transfer pricing. LinkTax maintains relationships with other law firms and financial entities that can offer assistance to its clients in other areas such as corporate law, real estate, and corporate finance, among others. LinkTax is responsible for answering the tax questions posed by the over 10,000 members of the European Financial Planning Association (EFPA), collaborates with ESADE enabling its Law students to train on our tax practice while studying and is member of the international website TaxSpecialists. Joan Pons, MD, is the Secretary of EFPA and member of the Tax Commitee of the Trade Association PIMEC.
