We, at NSA found “OBLIGATION” with this WONDERFUL IDEA REGARDING THE STARS… we want to help give homage to those you “LOVE”. NSA can and will design any “THEME” you need in celebration of naming a star. The most recent celebration of a STAR was a divorce.
