Probe It Food Safety works in partnership with the local public health department and is fully accredited and approved by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to provide the Food Handler Certification Program. By becoming a Probe It Certified Food Handler, you will be certified to work in any food establishment in Ontario. The food safety training certificate is valid for 5 years.
