Throughout his career David has worked closely with executive leaders in a variety of industries on large-scale initiatives to enable organization effectiveness and improve the employee experience. David holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Actuarial Science from The Pennsylvania State University, a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University and is a certified consultant with the Highlands company.
