As Principal Consultant for Australia's largest ASX-listed Consulting firm: * Consistently achieved the company's highest KPI ratings * Exceeded FY14-15 sales target in 1st quarter * Topped leaderboard for business referrals. * Focus on Digital transformation in the Banking and Finance, Telco, Utilities, Resources and Government sectors This is a hands-on, leadership role (non-development). Current responsibilities include: * Large-scale Digital-Web-Mobile Solution Architecture * Delivery ownership of multiple concurrent projects exceeding $1m each * Contributing to major Pre-Sales, RFT and go-to-market activities * Consulting on Digital Technology strategy & uplift * Managing a cross-functional team, integrating UX Design with Technical Delivery and Operations * Building relationships and implementing solutions with major vendors 18 years' technical experience, with up-to-date immersion in the following areas: * Systems Integration across Enterprise, B2B, B2C and Public-facing web services * Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, IBM Bluemix & others * Cloud SaaS: IBM MobileFirst, PubNub, Google Maps & others * Front and Back End Dev Frameworks: Javascript / NodeJS, Java, .NET & others * Applying Big Data and Analytics Thinking across all interactions * Mobile-first application performance and scalability Key personal attributes include: * Personality to engage with people across the entire business spectrum * Literacy and grammatical skills to create perfect presentations and tender responses * Education to Masters level * Artistic approach to technology, with an innate understanding of UX design * Sales and marketing skills to win over clients and secure opportunities
