I have worked as a lawyer since 1988 and have my own office since 1998. Since the beginning I work as an advisor to companies in the industrial area. I currently advise companies and industries in other areas such as services and trade, multinational and domestic companies. Some clients have been with me for years, which has created a relationship of confidence. As I speak English, French and Italian, it is easy to talk to some customers in their native languages. My specialty is Labour Law and my knowledge in this area allows me to help my clients in HR projects, and in Mergers and acquisitions process. I negotiate with unions agreements together with my clients.
