A vocational consultant may work to adapt the environment to facilitate an individual's return to work or continued work. Vocational consultants advocate for the needs of individuals with disabilities or workplace disadvantages. We seek to facilitate the full access of disadvantaged individuals to full participation in all aspects of society, especially work.
