Likewise my aptitudes have been developed with the most competitive Oil Operator Companies under the strictest working policies, therefore my services embrace: *Technical competences to manage technical & commercial process such as: Tenders and Single Sources. *Excellent leadership and communication capabilities to lead multidisciplinary teams. *Experience in Directional Drilling in extended reach wells and Geo-Steering. *High quality level of reporting: -Operational planning (programs) -Rig operations -Statistics analysis -Lesson learnt & enhancement proposals -Incidents and/or events -And any other document related to planning and/or operation execution, including the usage of sophisticated information & data management systems such as: DIMS, Open Well, WellView and others. *Planning remote logistics according to stocktaking controls and further operations. *Competency to participate in Quality Control Audits and Rig Site inspections. *Troubleshooting and disclose corrective actions. *Ability to estimate and analyse statistics about performances, costs and results intended to benchmark rig reliabilities and optimize the process. *Strong supervision and management of Drilling & Completion operations according to drilling programs, safety standards and environmental policies, besides comprehension to analyse and apply methods intended to keep original budget planning and avoid cost impacts. *Knowledge to Monitor rig move operations within safety procedures and regarding surface equipment and location integrity. *Broad proficiency to inspect, evaluate and assess rig conditions and associated risks in order to improve operations, ensure safety and evade environmental harms.
